Job Description
Responsibilities
Team Collaboration and Progress Monitoring
Oversee team activities track performance and report progress.
Daily jobs receives and Scheduling Management
Update and communicate on daily transportation schedules.
TMS Optimization:
Implement and improve Transportation Management System features.
Monthly Billing and Invoicing:
Prepare and submit accurate billing and invoices.
Company Culture and Goals:
Uphold company values and track goal progress.
Shipment Coordination:
Arranging import/export shipments and coordinating with freight partners and customers.
Liaise with air/sea freight coloaders shipping lines and transporters to ensure timely delivery of customers shipments to/fro various destinations.
Documentation Processing:
Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance.
Process import/export shipping documentation (Delivery Order Arrival Notice Bill of Lading Permits etc.)
Other shipping documentationrelated responsibilities.
Administrative Duties:
Perform billing cost analysis and payment followup tasks.
Basic admin duties such as billing costings and payment followup.
Qualifications Summary
Experience:
Min 12 years of experience in handling shipping/Transportation documentation.
Experience in managing Air and Ocean freight shipments is preferred
Education:
Minimum Qualification: GCE O Levels
Skills:
Technical Skill Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
