This is a remote position.
The ISO Compliance Officer is responsible for developing implementing and maintaining the organization s service induction ISO compliance program. This role ensures that the organization meets all ISO standards relevant to its industry as applicable. The ISO Compliance Officer will work closely with various departments to promote and enforce ISO standards conduct audits and provide training and support to staff.
Conduct regular checks assessments and internal audits as scheduled.
Maintain the Integrated Management System ensuring its continuous effectiveness and relevance within the organisation. This includes maintaining the Corrective Actions Log Risk Registers Legal Register ISO Objectives Performance Monitoring and other related documentation.
Serve as the primary contact for external audits preparing teams coordinating dates and availability and communicating relevant information.
Generate comprehensive reports on findings highlighting both good practices and areas needing improvement.
Give feedback based on audit and assessment outcomes.
Identify root causes of nonconformances and develop improvement plans to address and rectify these issues.
Work within the organization s ISO frameworks to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Manage site inductions to field employees and compliance requirements support departments in understanding and implementing these standard
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance compliance.
Work with crossfunctional teams to implement best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality within the organization.
Keep up to date with legislation regulations and contract requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree in a related field (e.g. Quality Management Business Administration Engineering).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ISO compliance or quality management.
ISO Lead Auditor certification or similar is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of ISO standards or site inductions relevant to the organization industry.
Skills: Excellent analytical organisational and communication skills. Ability to conduct detailed audits and assessments. Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
