About the Role:

As a Video Podcast Editor you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and appeal of our podcast content.

Primary Focus:

• Edit a weekly podcast
  

• Edit 3 clips each week for Shorts/IG/TikTok/YouTube
  

• Upload podcast on iTunes
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce HighQuality Podcast Edits:
  

• Deliver a polished and engaging weekly podcast episode
  

• Enhance sound quality and color grading to meet high production standards
  

• Ensure timely delivery of the final podcast each week
  

• Create Engaging Social Media Clips:
  

• Produce 3 vertical format clips each week for platforms like Shorts IG TikTok and YouTube
  

• Edit clips to highlight key moments and attract viewer engagement
  

• Design and create highquality thumbnails for each clip
  

• Efficient Content Management and Uploads:
  

• Upload podcast audio on Podbean and ensure its properly formatted
  

• Upload the full podcast video on YouTube with optimized settings for viewership
  

• Maintain an organized content library for easy access and reference
  

• Effective Team Collaboration:
  

• Communicate effectively with the team using Telegram voice notes and Loom
  

• Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on progress
  

• Collaborate on content ideas and strategies to enhance overall podcast quality
  

Requirements

• Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 50 mbps
  
• Quiet private home office free from noise background or distractions
  
• Updated computer (desktop or laptop) excellent quality headset with microphone and a working webcam
