Zoho - Technical Lead

A Zoho Technical Lead is responsible for leading the design development and implementation of Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications to meet the unique business needs of our organization or clients. The role requires a deep understanding of Zoho products including customization automation and integration with other software systems. The Zoho Technical Lead will work closely with functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and optimal performance of Zoho applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership and Development:

• Lead the design development and deployment of Zoho CRM Zoho Creator Zoho Projects and other Zoho applications.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support staff.
  
• Develop complex workflows scripts and custom functions to meet business requirements.
  

2. Customization and Integration:

• Customize Zoho applications according to client specifications.
  
• Integrate Zoho applications with thirdparty systems using APIs.
  
• Configure and manage data migration and synchronization between Zoho and other platforms.
  

3. Technical Support and Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and enhancements for existing Zoho implementations.
  
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization for Zoho applications.
  

4. Stakeholder Communication:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
  
• Translate business requirements to technical specifications and solutions.
  

5. Training and Documentation:

• Develop user manuals training materials and conduct training sessions for endusers.
  
• Document technical specifications system configurations and custom development.
  

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Zoho Experience: Minimum 5 years of handson experience with Zoho CRM Zoho Creator Zoho Projects and other Zoho applications.
  
• Technical Proficiency:
  
• Expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting.
  
• Proficiency in API integration and thirdparty applications.
  
• Understanding of web technologies like HTML CSS JavaScript.

• Proven experience in managing and delivering projects on time.
