We are hiring a CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER II (CNMII) CARDIOTHORACIC THEATRE in a Private Hospital in Cork
Responsibilities
- Uphold and elevate the highest standards of patient care
- Responsible for effectively utilizing all hospital resources available to you and maximizing staff development in a conducive learning environment. This entails providing support motivation and guidance to all employees under your supervision.
- Report to the CNM3/ADON as appropriate.
- Roster staff for maximum utilization of resources to ensure safe provision and effective service delivery
- Flexible consistent and safe about decisionmaking.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of postregistration experience in an acute general setting.
- minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiothoracic care is required.
- proficiency in delivering expert clinical and technical support as a valued member of the Theatre nursing team.
- A relevant course in PeriAnesthesia and/or PeriOperative nursing or an equivalent qualification is required
- management qualification is essential for this position.
- registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
