Job Description

Position Title: Business Development Manager
Work Setup: Work from Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Salary: Php 65000.00 to Php 75000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Your Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager would be:

Strategically define and plan the organization s short and longterm business goals.
Develop and maintain a business pipeline through generating and finding leads doing research on leads develop entrance strategies and qualify prospects to generate new business partners and individual and company profitability.
Promptly acknowledge and seek out referrals from existing business partners.
Prepare and present business proposals drive negotiations on pricing and contract terms and convert leads to longterm business partners.
Manage existing business partner accounts identify current business partner challenges devise and present solutions that add value for the business partner and improve the company s revenue.
Coordinate with internal team to increase sales opportunities for new and existing business partners. Build the company s competitive advantage through its people and their capabilities.
Participate in regular business reviews for existing partners.
Regularly prepare and carry out business development / sales forecast present findings analysis and proposed solutions to executive management.
Regularly meet or exceed monthly gross profit goals and other key performance indicators consistent with role.
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

Qualifications as a Business Development Manager:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related discipline is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 4 years proven work experience and track record in business development sales or similar role in the Australian market is strongly preferred.
Excellent English verbal communication skills as well as written.
Proven track record and work experience in B2B Sales hitting quotas and KPIs.
Extensive Lead Generation experience is a must with forecasting and analytical skills.
Experience improving bottom line by identifying retaining and growing business partner accounts.
Adept at specialized marketing and advertising concepts principles and elements.
Proficiency in CRM Management delivering best in market and customer centric programs leveraging the capability and technology of digital engagement platform.
Excellent interpersonal networking and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and manage projects.
Technologically proficient and social media savvy up to date on the latest online platforms.
Excellent presentation problem solving project management critical thinking coaching and decisionmaking skills.
