Requirements
Presales Activities :
- Support Sales members in the pursuit to finalize the requirements with the customer/ Customers Customer
- Work with Offshore solutions team and explain solutions to customer
- Validate the pricing along with sales and give suggestions
- Act as the prime solution owner for the customer/ Partner
- Preparing Presentation/ Documentation in consultation with Offshore solutions team
- Act as the Technical bridge between Offshore and Customer
- Generate additional Business from customers
Project management:
Project manager role includes followings:
- Project planning
- Documentation
- Scheduling
- Presentation
Team Management
- Organize and host meetings
- MoM and Action list
- Stakeholder engagement
- Resolve conflict
- Track progress
- Reporting
Project manager will work as a technical project management and Delivery Manager. Hence network background is required.
- General Networking
- Network Security
- Network Operations Management
- Telco Management
- SD WAN
- Routing Switching
- DNS
- SMTP
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual English and Japanese Fluent in Both
- Telco/ networking experience 15 years
- Offshore/Multi location delivery experience
- Business development/Presales experience
