As a Resource Writer your primary responsibility will be the development of comprehensive learning and assessment materials across various industries and qualifications offered by the organization. Job Description:
Create learner guides that provide clear and structured content to support student learning.
Design assessment tools that accurately measure student competence and achievement.
Develop mapping documents to align learning outcomes with relevant industry standards and qualification requirements.
Produce assessor marking guides to assist trainers in evaluating student performance consistently.
Create any other associated materials necessary to enhance the learning experience and assessment process.
Ensure that all materials are properly formatted and accessible for online students.
Review and update Learning Plans as needed to reflect changes in industry standards or regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Proficiency in comprehending and interpreting training packages relevant to vocational education and training
Proven track record in developing educational materials such as learner guides assessment tools mapping documents and related resources.
Experience in creating engaging and effective learning content aligned with industry standards and learning outcomes.
Exceptional focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of resource creation and documentation.
Adaptability in designing various types of assessments that assess student competency effectively and meet specified criteria.
Innovative approach to assessment design while maintaining alignment with performance standards and educational objectives.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts trainers and stakeholders.
