Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Architectural Draftsperson to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing precise and detailed architectural drawings using ArchiCAD and/or RhinoCAD. This role requires an understanding of architectural design principles and relevant drawing experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using ArchiCAD and/or RhinoCAD software.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop and refine design concepts.
- Ensure all drawings and plans comply with relevant building codes standards and regulations.
- Produce highquality accurate and timely drawings for a variety of projects including residential commercial and industrial developments.
- Coordinate with other team members including engineers and construction professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive project documentation.
- Maintain organized and uptodate project files and documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions and problemsolving.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from clients architects and other stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation of presentation materials including renderings and 3D models.
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field will be highly regarded
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Draftsperson or similar
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD and Rhino
- Experience in Detail Drawings
- Experience in drawing production and clear presentation
- Shop drawings experience in construction & building material
- Advanced English and Communication (Verbal & Written) Skills
- Good time management skills
Additional Job Details:
Setup and Location: WFH/Remote
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime

Skills / Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering) is preferred. At least 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques. Demonstrated experience working with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools. Familiarity with Total Synergy Software is advantageous. Prior experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) or professional services industry is preferred. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
