Architectural ArchiCAD Draftsperson - AU Client WFH

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using ArchiCAD and/or RhinoCAD software.
  
• Collaborate with architects and designers to develop and refine design concepts.
  
• Ensure all drawings and plans comply with relevant building codes standards and regulations.
  
• Produce highquality accurate and timely drawings for a variety of projects including residential commercial and industrial developments.
  
• Coordinate with other team members including engineers and construction professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive project documentation.
  
• Maintain organized and uptodate project files and documentation.
  
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions and problemsolving.
  
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from clients architects and other stakeholders.
  
• Assist with the preparation of presentation materials including renderings and 3D models.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field will be highly regarded
  
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Draftsperson or similar
  
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD and Rhino
  
• Experience in Detail Drawings
  
• Experience in drawing production and clear presentation
  
• Shop drawings experience in construction & building material
  
• Advanced English and Communication (Verbal & Written) Skills
  
• Good time management skills
