SAP FICO Consultant

• You will be responsible for supporting business needs for finance budgeting and other finance functions including accounting cost controlling and (good to have) finance consolidation knowledge.
  
• Analysis on business requirements provide efficient and stateoftheart solutions to support clients finance and its subsidiaries.
  
• You will analyze SAP systems and identify functional and technical areas for improvement optimization and alignment with business requirements.
  
• Plan coordinate and configure SAP system enhancements according to business requirements.
  
• Drive the change from requirement gathering to solution transformation and completion.
  

• Crossteam collaboration with project managers business analysts existing support team.
  
• Accountable to oversee packagebased business solutions holistically to ensure seamless integration with other application components
  
• Must have over 10 years of experience in SAP domain
  
• Must have worked as a consultant in SAP Implementation/Support projects
  
• Must have a strong background of Solution Design Review and Implementation
  
• Gather understand and synthesize documentation available from vendors SMEs systems product managers and business analysts to be able to extract right information and transform it into different architectural diagrams or viewpoints
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance solutions including SAP S4HANA SAP Technical Area
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business impacts and make decisions.
  
• Discuss data requirements with partners provide visualizations and drive continuous improvement.
  
• Crossteam collaboration with application and infrastructure project teams to focus on high level designs and conceptual designs for project delivery. Analyze enterprise business context (trends and business strategy)
  
• Drive/Participate in the complete software development life cycle together with inhouse and external resources
  
• Drive to develop and analyze solution options based on business demand Enterprise Architecture and balanced comparison of functional capabilities nonfunctional capabilities risk cost and benefits
  
• Drive to provide consultancy on performance optimization for new and existing solutions in particular during production firefighting situations.
  
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in technology ensure timely exploration and proactively communicate towards the introduction of relevant / key emerging technologies.
  
• Crossteam collaboration with the Technology & Architecture team to drive business and technology innovation to achieve corporate strategic plans and objectives.
  
• Must have knowledge of different Finance business processes e.g. monthend yearend intercompany reconciliation
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Cantonese language.
  
• University Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related disciplines
  
• Minimum 10 years of SAP FICO experience with at least 5 years handson project solution experience in large scale strategic programs or projects
  
• Exposure to multinational companies diverse technologies and processing environment
  
• Significant practical experience or good understanding of finance solution
  
• Ability to think conceptually and simplify complex problems through abstraction
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders up to the executive level
  
• Ability to translate business needs into solution and able to deliver
  
• Ability to define multiple solution options to business problems
  
• Understanding of application development methodologies objectoriented analysis and design or client/server systems
  
• Significant knowledge of financial models and budgeting
  
• Must have knowledge on SAP FICO its integrations between different modules and interface integration with non SAP systems.
  
• Good to have knowledge on SAP Treasury Management and Cash Management
