Founded by an experienced MBB management consultant and a bulge bracket bank trader Our Client is a preseed stage EdTech startup dedicated to empowering teachers with AIdriven insights of studentspecific learning needs. Our platform leverages LLMs to track students learning progress enabling educators to personalize education and enhance teaching effectiveness like never before.

Who Were Looking For

We are looking for a visionary Founding Engineer who will not only drive the development of our product but also lead our engineering team as a technical expert. If you are passionate about transforming education through AI and have a curiosity that fuels innovation we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• FullStack Development: Lead the endtoend development and deployment of our web platform ensuring seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cofounders to refine and implement the startups strategic direction contributing to highlevel decisionmaking.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the engineering team by delegating tasks providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Innovation and Learning: Keep up with the latest advancements in generative AI and LLMs incorporating cuttingedge technologies into our platform.

Key Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in fullstack web development using frameworks and tech stacks such as but not limited to Next.js Node.js and MongoDB.
• ProblemSolving Skills: Exceptional problemsolving abilities with a proactive ownership mindset and a demonstrated history of driving projects from inception to completion. It is okay to not have the answer right away but we anticipate setting clear pathways.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• AI and LLM Proficiency: Handson experience with generative AI or LLM projects is highly preferable whether professional or independent.
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fields. Students graduating by summer 2025 are also welcome to apply.
• Team Collaboration: A collaborative team player who is dedicated to mutual growth and success.
