Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to join our team on a shortterm contract basis. The ideal candidate will lead the creative process guiding the team to develop innovative concepts and highquality content that aligns with our brand s vision and goals. This role requires onsite work at our Woodmead offices for 23 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire the creative team to produce innovative and effective campaigns.
  
• Concept Development: Develop and oversee the execution of creative concepts across various media platforms.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients marketing teams and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver exceptional results.
  
• Quality Control: Ensure all creative output meets high standards of quality and aligns with brand guidelines.
  
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  
• Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior creatives fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative role.
  
• Skills: Strong leadership communication and project management skills.
  
• Creativity: Exceptional creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into compelling content.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
  
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful creative projects.
  

Working Conditions:

• OnSite Presence: Required to be onsite at our Woodmead offices for 23 days per week.
  
• Contract Term: This is a temporary position from 1 July until 31 July 2024.
