Billing Specialist

We are looking for a Billing Specialist who will be responsible for carrying out invoicing for all customers ensuring its completeness and transmitting invoices to customers in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing routine billing and month end close work from all Iron Mountain/clients systems.
• Ensure completeness of monthly billing.
• Ensure that billing processes and internal audit standards are followed.
• Ensure the application of billing processes and internal audit standards (Sox).
• Identify potential malfunctions and make suggestions.

What You Will Bring Into The Role

• Advanced level of English & Hungarian both oral and written.
• Experience in a billing or accounting department is desirable.
• Ability to prioritize work within the team.
• Strong attention to detail rigorous.
• Good knowledge of the Office pack Excel GSuite ERPs.
