Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage customers and enhance their loyalty.
  • Manage customer feedback and address concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including regular communication and personalized service.
  • Develop customer loyalty programs and initiatives to reward and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and promotions.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends preferences and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on customer satisfaction retention rates and other key metrics.
  • Ensure that all customer touchpoints from initial contact to postpurchase support provide a positive experience.
  • Implement processes to enhance the overall customer experience and exceed expectations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Implement measures to prevent recurrence of common issues.
  • Work closely with marketing sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to align customer feedback with new product initiatives.


  • Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business marketing hospitality or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in customer service or relationship management can be beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen to and understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customer issues..
  • Proficiency in data analysis to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to use CRM software and other tools to manage customer information.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities to address customer issues effectively.
  • Creative thinking to develop innovative solutions for customer engagement and retention.



  • Miminum 5 years of experience in Qatar. Working knowledge of Qatar labor regulations and governmental authorities. Strong problem solving skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to build strong relationships Excellent communication and writing skills both in Arabic and English Extensive experience in Public Relations/Communications Eye to details and acute organization skills
