The Parent Relations Specialist is responsible for increasing the number of new families enrolling their children at the International French School (Singapore) (IFS) and maintaining strong relationships with both francophone and international families and communities. To achieve this the Specialist prospects for new families informs them and convincingly showcases IFS and its programs.
Activities:
Recruitment of New Families and Students:
Understand and translate the schools educational offerings into attractive commercial terms.
Analyze and understand the needs of families and provide appropriate responses.
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a quick and friendly enrollment process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for families seeking information about the International French School (Singapore): handling calls emails appointments answering questions etc.
Prioritize tours for new families.
Introduce families to the organization of IFS and provide information on the schools operations academic programs and extracurricular activities.
Implement actions to attract new students such as participating in education fairs telemarketing activities email campaigns school tours (both inperson and virtual) etc.
Promotion of the School:
Propose and implement a systematic prospecting strategy targeting parents.
Write and distribute newsletters to potential families and emails regarding school events meetings and educational projects.
In collaboration with the communication and marketing team identify themes to be shared on the schools website and social media with relevant information for parents.
Support the promotion operations of the IFS team for example by participating in fairs conferences or specific events related to education or to raise awareness of the school within targeted communities.
Partnerships and Networking:
Develop and maintain partnerships with francophone and international organizations and other educational institutions to create recruitment and collaboration opportunities (at least one event per quarter).
Participate in conferences trade shows and community events to promote the school and expand the network of contacts.
Skills aptitudes training required :
Bachelor degree with 5 years experience in sales ideally B2C
Knowledge of the education system is a plus
Results oriented
High ability to convince
Enjoy working on the ground and customer contact
Dynamic and excellent interpersonal skills
Flexibility and availability (evening events)
Team player
Very good writing and speaking skills
Full proficiency English required both spoken and written in order to communicate with international families
Good command of Microsoft Office
Web skills and WordPress or CMS knowledge is a plus
Working relationship :
Working closely with the Admissions Executives and the Marketing & Communication Department and the FLSCO and French Passerelle teachers.
Working conditions :
Fulltime fixed term contract based on 42h/week from October 2024 to July 2025
8 weeks of annual leave.
Salary according to IFS administrative staff grid and experience (specialist 3)

Effectuer les visites des nouvelles familles en priorit
Pr senter aux familles l organisation de l IFS et fournir des informations sur le fonctionnement de l cole les programmes scolaires et les activit s parascolaires...
Mettre en uvre des actions pour attirer de nouveaux l ves notamment par le biais de salons d ducation d actions de prospection t l phonique campagnes d emailings visites de l cole (enpersonne et virtuelles) etc
Promotion de l cole :
Proposer et mettre en place une strat gie de prospection syst matique de la cible parents
R diger et diffuser des bulletins d information aux potentielles familles ainsi que des courriels concernant les v nements scolaires les r unions et les projets ducatifs.
En collaboration avec l quipe communication & marketing identifier les th matiques diffuser sur le site web de l cole et les r seaux sociaux avec des informations pertinentes pour les parents.
Soutenir les op rations de promotion de l IFS l quipe par exemple en participant des salons des conf rences ou des v nements sp cifiques li s l ducation ou pour faire conna tre l cole aupr s de communaut cibl e)
Partenariats et R seautage :
D velopper et maintenir des partenariats avec des organisations francophones et internationales et d autres tablissements ducatifs pour cr er des opportunit s de recrutement et de collaboration (1 v nement par trimestre au minimum)
Participer des conf rences des salons professionnels et des v nements communautaires pour promouvoir l cole et largir le r seau de contacts.
Comp tences aptitudes formation requises :
Bac3 avec une exp rience de 5 ans en vente id alement B to C
La connaissance des syst mes ducatifs est un plus
