This is a remote position.

Job Overview:

As an Instructional Designer you will leverage your extensive industry knowledge and experience to design and develop engaging learning solutions tailored to meet the needs of our diverse client base. You will be responsible for unpacking units of competency contextualizing content for specific industries and creating innovative assessment tools that align with AQF levels and learning styles. Your expertise in AI platforms will enhance content creation ensuring dynamic and effective learning experiences.

Job Description:
Industry Knowledge Application: Apply indepth industry knowledge to unpack and contextualize units of competency for various vocational training programs.
Assessment Design: Design and develop assessment tools including workplacebased assessments using clustering techniques to ensure comprehensive evaluation of learner competencies.
Content Creation: Utilize AI platforms to create engaging learning content including interactive modules multimedia presentations and instructional videos.
Learning Adaptation: Adapt assessment tools and learning materials to accommodate different learning styles and AQF levels fostering inclusive and effective learning environments.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously adhering to deadlines and ensuring highquality deliverables that meet client expectations.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with subject matter experts industry stakeholders and clients to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning materials and assessments.
Innovation: Think creatively to develop innovative approaches for enhancing learning content and assessment tools driving continuous improvement in instructional design practices.


Requirements

Experience with clustering of assessments.
Ability to think outside the box in creating engaging and effective learning content and assessment tools.
Ability to adapt assessment tools and learning materials to different learning styles and AQF levels.
Experience developing vocational assessments specifically workplace based assessments.
Experience with various AI platforms and use including content image and video creation.
Ability to work to deadlines and multitasking numerous projects and tasks.
Knowledgeable in VET Assessment development at a certificate II through to Diploma level within the industry areas delivered by VTS (including any areas to be added to scope in near future)
Experience in developing creative learning materials at a range of AQF levels.
Experience with Cloud assess & Articulate 360 (including Storyline 360)
Experience moderating and validating assessments.
High level MS Suite experience and knowledge. (Word Excel PPT Etc)
