Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented MotionFocused Multimedia Designer to create impactful visual experiences. The ideal candidate is skilled in multimedia design with a specialty in motion graphics animation and dynamic visual storytelling. You will work closely with our creative team to bring concepts to life across various media channels including social media digital ads and web content.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Animation: Develop highquality animations motion graphics and multimedia content for digital platforms.
Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute engaging stories through motion enhancing our brand and client messaging.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers content creators and other team members to produce polished and creative visual content.
Innovation: Stay current with design trends tools and technologies to continually bring fresh ideas to the table.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience: 24 years in multimedia design with a focus on motion graphics and animation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop Illustrator) and motion design software. Familiarity with 3D design software (Cinema 4D Blender) is a plus.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics animation and multimedia design work.
Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and produce engaging visual narratives.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all design work.
Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to team members and clients.

Hiring Process:

Final Selection and Job Offer
Based on the design test results we will select the candidate whose work best meets the requirements and vision. The chosen candidate will then receive a formal job offer.
