Job Description

We are hiring a Staff Nurse Medical Assessment Unit for a Private Hospital in Cork Ireland. We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Assesses plans implements and evaluates programmes of care with reference to patients.
- Provides highest standard of care by using evidencebased practice.
- Coordinates the provision of seamless care for patients from admission to discharge by utilising efficient verbal and written communication practices with all members of the Multi Disciplinary Team / Primary Care Services and Carers.
- Ensures effective use of unit/department resources including stores supplies and medicines. 6. Provides teaching guidance supervision and support for unqualified staff and students where required
Requirements
- A minimum 2 years post qualification experience in Accident & Emergency / MAU is essential
- Registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI
- Accident and Emergency course is desirable
- 33hours per week minimum
