We are currently seeking a skilled Staff Nurse to join our Nursing Team who will contribute to delivering high standards of care to our residents in Co Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Assure that Residents receive the best possible care
- Act in the best interests of the assisted living facility and its residents always
- Have a strong sense of selfmotivation and a willingness to collaborate with others in a team to create better care models for the Home.
- Take the initiative to look for ways to improve and be open to change.
Requirements
- Three years at least after qualification
- A postregistration management degree in medicine or a closely connected discipline
- Thorough understanding of HIQA requirements
- Have an NMBI registration or have the right to have one.
- Proof that professional progress is ongoing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
