The Role
- Contacts delinquent customers to discuss account status.
- Inform and assess the customers story and suggest a beneficial solution.
- Follow up on repayments promises customers of past due payment.
- Identify and escalate uncooperative customers to Legal.
- Updates customer records based on agreed new promises and next steps.
- Provide daily and weekly updates on collection status and overall developments.
- Recommend areas for improvements in system and process for collections.
The Ideal Candidate
- Candidate must be residing in LAS PINAS PARANAQUE PASAY MAKATI and MUNTINLUPA
- Similar field collection experience is required
- Has a valid/updated Driving License and should own
- Computer literate
