Cultivating solid relationships with clients through all kinds of professional communication.
Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls email communications or facetoface meetings.
Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Client Servicing Executive Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration or an industryrelated field.
Proven experience working as a client servicing executive. (Agency work experience is preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word Powerpoint.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Effective communication skills.
