Job Description

Position: Casino General Manager

Industry: Entertainment

Location: Sihanoukville Cambodia

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all casino operations and management.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and laws.
  • Manage and mentor department heads and staff.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • yze financial reports and implement costsaving measures.
  • Create a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Represent the casino at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of all casino departments.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees.
  • Develop and manage the casinos budget.
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure the casinos facilities are wellmaintained and operational.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of successful casino management.
  • Strong leadership and team management ss.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
  • Indepth knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to yze financial reports and make datadriven decisions.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional customer service ss.
  • Experience in budget management and cost control.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and casino management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management ss.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in marketing and promotional activities.
  • Knowledge of hospitality food and beverage and entertainment operations.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
