Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Design Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for overseeing complex projects from conception through completion ensuring that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project processes from start to finish.
• Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop fullscale project plans and associated communications documents.
  
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
• Coach mentor motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in architecture field
• Having 2 years experiences the field of Architecture & Design.
• Must have integrity initiative and be flexible and proactive
• Experience of interpreting and understanding local utilities rules and design codes
• Having good proficiency in CAD and MS Office
  
• Able to communicate with English
• Have knowledge of building products construction details and relevant rules regulations and quality standards
