Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise mentor and develop customer service representatives; manage scheduling and training.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints; maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Work closely with Sales Production and Logistics to streamline customer service processes and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records; prepare and present performance reports.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues; develop preventive solutions.
  • Gather feedback; work with marketing on satisfaction surveys; drive improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree preferred.
  • 3 years in customer service with supervisory experience.
  • Manufacturing industry experience required.
  • Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office.
