About the Client
The client is a wellknown MNC from Japan. Its fifth research centre aims to speed up the timetomarket of new technologies that help contribute to the resolution of a broad range of business and social concerns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather prepare and validate documents to submit for order logging
- Maintain accuracy of orders
- Prepare DO Invoice Debit note and Credit note
- Work with various internal stakeholders for different process
- Assist in logistics arrangements for delivery
- Inventory management
- Resolve issue with vendor on DO & invoice discrepancy
- Manage different types of documents to ensure it is received and kept accordingly
- Prepare and gather information & documents for Vender Account & Customer Account creation
- Manage order from processing till order closure
- Support FSBU event (external marketing event Internal Team bonding D&D and etc)
- Working on reports
- Indirect staff hiring and managing of timesheet and renewal contract
- Asset management
- Any other adhoc duties as required or assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Diploma Degree in Business Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
- At least 2 years working experience in administrative support/general clerical/administrative duties/sales coordination
- Knowledge in MS office (outlook Excel word PPT)
- Knowledge in Sales Order Processing
- Knowledge in simple accounting
- Adaptive to changes
- Able to work with both internal and external stakeholder
- Able to work independently or within a team
- Possess analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to work under pressure on strict deadlines
