Job Description

Position Summary: We are now hiring an Admin & HR Assistant to join our head office in Inkoo Finland. This position provides support to both the administrative and human resources departments. Key responsibilities include onboarding record maintenance administration policy implementation general administration coordination conflict resolution HR reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and HR support to all departments including managing HR programs and competence development.
  • Manage and optimize the onboarding process and outline internal departmentrelated processes.
  • Administer the Team Electric Online (TEO) system including new employee setup cost price management and contractor mandatory fields.
  • Handle employment contracts NDA compliance business card coordination and salary management across various countries.
  • Conduct monthly salary checks manage the payslip process and monitor Hour Bank followup.
  • Assist in interpreting and implementing collective agreements and support costprice calculations.
  • Manage Health Care Guide and agreements stay updated with changes in employment legislation and coordinate new employee processes with the IT department.
  • Support the Admin & HR Director and assist project employees with tasks such as travel bookings and accommodation.
  • Handle invoice processing and project followup.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant bachelors or masters degree and/or work experience in a relevant field.
  • Fluent verbal and written English Swedish and Finnish.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with problemsolving abilities.
  • Understanding of HR concepts including onboarding processes employee records management and compliance with labor laws and collective agreements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in assistant work with an efficient and thorough approach.
  • Serviceoriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and/or labor laws is an asset.

  • You may also participate in the development of recruitment and onboarding processes for Team Electric workers.
  • This position is a maternity leave substitute with the possibility of becoming permanent.
  • We offer a fulltime position in a growing company within an international team.
