Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with recruitment activities such as job posting candidate sourcing and interview coordination
- Participating in the onboarding process for new employees including paperwork and orientation
- Supporting HR team with data entry record maintenance and report generation
- Assisting in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events
- Conducting research and analysis on HR policies trends and best practices
- Assisting with employee relations activities and maintaining HR documentation
- Supporting the performance management process through data collection and analysis
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Providing administrative support to the HR team as required
- Participating in HR meetings and taking minutes as needed
- Assisting in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
- Conducting various HRrelated surveys and feedback collection
- Assisting with adhoc HR projects and tasks
- Collaborating with other departments to support HR initiatives and projects
