HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with recruitment activities such as job posting candidate sourcing and interview coordination
• Participating in the onboarding process for new employees including paperwork and orientation
• Supporting HR team with data entry record maintenance and report generation
• Assisting in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events
• Conducting research and analysis on HR policies trends and best practices
• Assisting with employee relations activities and maintaining HR documentation
• Supporting the performance management process through data collection and analysis
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
• Providing administrative support to the HR team as required
• Participating in HR meetings and taking minutes as needed
• Assisting in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
• Conducting various HRrelated surveys and feedback collection
• Assisting with adhoc HR projects and tasks
• Collaborating with other departments to support HR initiatives and projects
