Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a versatile and detailoriented HR Generalist to join our HR team. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process including job postings candidate screening and interview coordination.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns fostering a positive work environment.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records and HR documentation ensuring data accuracy.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with local state and federal regulations.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process including data collection and reporting.
  • Training and Development: Help coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics and provide insights for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
