Job Description
Role Overview: As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at NPPD CARE you will lead our technology strategy and oversee the development of scalable and innovative healthcare and wellness solutions. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence architecture decisions and ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technology vision strategy and roadmap to support NPPD CARE s growth and innovation objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers and engineers to deliver highquality software solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive the architecture design and development of scalable and secure applications and platforms.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development DevOps and cybersecurity.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize system performance reliability and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5 years) in senior technical leadership roles with a strong background in software development and architecture.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare IT systems compliance standards (e.g. HIPAA) and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in building and scaling healthcare or wellness platforms preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and mentor technical teams.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science engineering or related field (required); advanced degree (preferred).
