Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) OTC Division
Location: Lucknow Region
Salary: Up toCTC
Job Description:
As an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the OTC Division you will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team across different territories within the Punjab region. Your primary goal is to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team and fostering strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Team Management:
  • Provide overall guidance training and support to the sales team within the assigned territory.
  • Set realistic and achievable sales targets for the team.
  • Monitor team performance offering motivation and feedback to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Travel within the assigned sales area to present company offerings and promote brand awareness.
  • Utilize various communication channels including outbound calls emails and facetoface meetings to engage with potential and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain longterm relationships with key customers.
  • Sales Process Implementation:
  • Implement and manage a sales management process to help the sales team identify prioritize and focus on key customers and prospects.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide insights and updates to senior management.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans in alignment with the companys goals.
  • Ensure effective execution of sales plans across the assigned territories.

Requirements:
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in sales management preferably in the OTC sector.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in sales with significant experience in managing a sales team.

  • Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Excellent management leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
