Key responsibilities and accountabilities: • Prepare periodic Manpower reports. • Monitor the probationary period of new hires, evaluations and appointment procedures. • Monitor the employee termination and end of service procedures. • Use HR System for processing manpower data, along with using various computer programs such as database, spreadsheet, graphic, Excel processing. • Develops, maintains and implement approved procedures for the creation of new positions, raising of manpower requisitions. • Create employee records on the system and update employee information based on the received documents. • Coordinate recruitments procedures for temporary and freelance employees. • Update the budget sheet with candidates’ rejection offer as per the documents received from recruitment section. • Update & maintain Excel sheet containing information of employee end of service, transfer, promotion, replacement, etc. • Coordinate with Recruitment Section with regards to job titles of new joiners and ensure their entry in the systems. • Evaluates the importance and relevance of every department in achieving organizational objectives and goals.
