Expansion Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with comprehensive knowledge of financial service markets and their regulatory frameworks including supervisory authorities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the operational infrastructure and personnel required to operate a successful banking business. You should be adept at working independently as an entrepreneur while collaborating with colleagues across over 10 European sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise theGroup Management Team on strategic decisions.
• Lead thepreparation and presentation of business cases.
• Identify andevaluate target markets for local launches and regulatory applications.
• Serve as akey stakeholder for product roadmaps and launch processes.
• Developcomprehensive document suites including applications business plansfinancial forecasts and frameworks for credit AML compliance and risk.
• Manageinteractions with local regulators to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Extensive familiarity with financial service markets and regulatory bodies.
  
• Proficiency in navigating fullscope applications to local authorities.
  
• Strong understanding of both local and international markets.
  
• Academic degree in Finance Legal Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 510 years of experience in the financial services industry ideally in a regulatory or compliance role.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
