Your Mission

As Senior Implementation Manager you will be responsible for running implementation projects from contract signing and until the customer is in full production.You will be part of a small team reporting to Head of Customers & Projects and you will be working closely together with colleagues in both Commercial and Product & Technology.

As our new Senior Implementation Manager you will have an exciting and impactful role where you will be implementing one or more of the solutions in our Procure to Pay suite covering Purchasing Invoice Handling Contract Management and Spend Management.

Core Responsibilities

• In the projects you are running you will be responsible for implementing the relevant solution in close collaboration with the customer.
• Serve as project manager be asubject matter expert within procurement processes and an expert inhow to utilize our solutions to gain maximum benefit.
• You will participate in presales activities and follow the customer all the way to hypercare is over and the project is handed over to Customer Service.
• It will also be your responsibility to listen to customer needs and ideas and bring them back as well as tohelp prioritize in close collaboration with our product managers.
  

Required qualifications:

• Experience with implementation of Procure to Pay software either from a solution provider as a consultant or from a public/private company.
• Fluent in Danish/Norwegian and English.
• Good interpersonell skills and ability to manage a vide range of stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• A university degree or similar education commercial or technical.
• Experience within the field of procurement.

Start date: As soon as possible (Approximately by 01.10.2024).
Duration: Full time
