This is a full-time on-site role as a Product Support Engineer at Migrate. The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for providing customer support and technical support, troubleshooting product issues, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
o Ability to debug issues through the logs, coding, and packages
o Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner
o Apply the supervisor’s feedback and suggestions appropriately and accurately
o Communicate and apply project standards
o Effectively and cooperatively provide superior customer support and problem resolution
o Provide functional and technical support on FADEL IPM Suite Software Solutions
o Log, research, and accurately resolve complex customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner, meeting and exceeding SLAs
o Coordinate between various departments in the company such as development, DevOps, and Quality Assurance
Skills and Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.
o In-depth knowledge of JAVA and SQL
o Critical thinking ability.
o High-level written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
o Patience and a Positive attitude
o A willingness to go the extra mile
o Good verbal and communication skills in English, French is a plus
