Job Description
- Lead a team of researchers focused on gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to user experiences across the organization's products, services, and touch points.
- Develop robust research strategies that combine qualitative and quantitative methods (surveys, interviews, usability testing, analytics, etc.) to uncover deep customer insights.
- Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and other teams to define meaningful KPIs that track user experience and identify areas for improvement.
