• Experience in automating business workflows using Appian
• Translate and build the functional requirement into Appian business flows Involved in getting the requirements designing and mapping the same

• Appian
• Certification Required Appian Certified Application Developer.
• Required Experience for Appian SME
• Hands on 4 experience on Appian Upgrades and hotfix installations
• Establishes and maintains user accounts assigns file permissions and establishes password and account policies 3 Installs upgrades configures tests maintains and supports operating system software in a production environment.
• Responsible for effective provisioning installation configuration operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure
• Reviews performance logs and monitors system performance Troubleshoots and resolves system hardware software and communications problems creates shell programs and utility scripts performs configurations and adjustments to enhance database file capacity performs automated and manual backup and restore processes.
• Installs configures and tests software packages Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
• Provides user support and may conducts user software and hardware training to formulate technology solutions and ensure the effective safeguarding and sharing of enterprise data
• Evaluates requests for hardware and software researches and recommends solutions to technology needs compatible with the clients technology architecture and infrastructure and resource constraints.
• Performs and or oversees daily system monitoring verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware server resources systems and key processes reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups 3 Performs and or oversees daily backup operations ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media recovery tapes or disks are created and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
• Provides team leadership and technical guidance to less experienced systems administrators.
• Configure Data Source system properties and Deploy Application for new region setup Coordinate with the application and database team to identify deployment failure reason and act according to the finding.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders on Appian related Issues.
• Work with Appian support to manage Appian tickets.
• Manage Plan Appian environment upgrades license renewals.
• Manage coordinate the Appian Release application Deployments.
• Experience in webservers like Apache Tomcat IIS
• Strong working troubleshooting experiences on LINUX UNIX OS
• Problem Determination on complex JAVA systems troubleshoot issue identification performance tuning skills.
• Knowledge in Clustering EJB objects Scalability and Reliability JDBC connections and JMS connections
• Good knowledge with change and incident management process

• Experience in design implementation monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure in a Linux
• AWS certification is preferred.
