Key Responsibilities
1. To handle all administrative activities like HR & Admin bill payments travel management
canteen management facility maintenance security management vehicle management.
2. Direct and coordinate human resources management operations which include recruitment
training & development industrial relations and personnel administration. This covers
custody and maintenance of all human resource records and documentation and meeting all
compliance requirements set by governmental authorities.
3. To coordinate recruitment functions including scheduling and coordinating interviews to
secure the right person and competencies to satisfy the organization development / job
needs. On successful joining of a candidate all joining formalities are to be completed
induction plans to be put in place exit formalities to be done for employees leaving the
organisation.
4. Facility management to ensure a clean hygienic secure facility in good repair running
efficiently with processes / frequencies / performance measures in place. Printing and
stationery stocking & issue and incoming mail distribution will be part of facility management.
5. To ensure all statutory compliances are met including timely remittance and filing of statutory
dues to the PF/ESI/professional tax departments property tax payments bonuses etc. and
the updating of legal registers is kept up to date.
6. Assisting the HR Manager in processing payroll by providing updates on employee leave and
other fields contributing to the salary payments.
7. Coordinating workers welfare benefits to all employees including their uniforms shoes etc.
8. Coordination of training programs for workmen and to manage and coordinate with the
contract labour employees (including NEEM & NTTF trainees)
9. To ensure the medical policy of the company is maintained by having all new joinees
complete their medical checkup for insurance purposes and update inclusions/exclusions for
mediclaim and insurance policies.
10. Coordinating with the time office to ensure all security processes are in place and the
maintenance of registers is checked/audited by the HR department.
11. Ensuring the company policies are followed by the employees of the organisation.
