Research Marketing Manager

Our client a renowned company in consumer insights market research is seeking a Research Design Manager for their remote team in Brazil or Mexico.

About the role: The Research Design Manager will develop market research proposals working autonomously and coordinating with clients and the account management team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in market research methodologies excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.

Tasks

• Design and develop market research proposals
• Collaborate with Account Management and Sales teams to meet client needs
• Create customized proposals highlighting the benefits of our services
• Conduct research to understand client needs and industry trends
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements
• Manage multiple proposals ensuring timely delivery
• Maintain and improve proposal processes and materials
• Serve as the client point of contact for project pricing inquiries
• Support strategic projects in collaboration with the Data Analytics team
• Educate clients on our platforms technology and services

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Market Research Marketing or a related field
• 68 years of experience in market research preferably in CPG or MR supplier side
• Expertise in market research methodologies and industry terminology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record in developing and winning proposals
• Trusted advisor to clients and colleagues
• Passion for market research
• Solutionsoriented approach with clients
• Strong initiative and desire to exceed client expectations
• Excellent analytical skills proficient in Excel
• Ability to present information confidently to clients
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to generate new business within existing accounts
• Impeccable communication skills in English
