JOB Description:

Preference is someone with iMRO experience. A minimum of 3 years.

7 years of experience is required in SAP MRO and component repair

Must have experience leading or working on cross functional teams

Build strong internal and external customer relationships by aligning system solution to

changing business requirements

Functional/business MRO process knowledge or expertise spanning aircraft maintenance

and component repair activities

Configure SAP MRO (PM) module and other tools based on business requirements.

Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills including development and

presentation of briefs to stakeholders and drafting system requirements specifications

Must have team lead experience ability to hit the ground running and multitask in a

complex environment and run workshops.

Perform work in a virtual environment

Qualifications:

Configuration experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and understanding of integration between SD

MM PP and PM required

Logistics/Sustainment experience within Aerospace and Defense or Commercial

aircraft industry

Familiarity with Activate methodology for SAP/ERP application implementation

Excellent leadership characteristics

Excellent communication skills throughout all levels of the organization
