Hybrid (2x a Week WFH) Taguig Night Shift

The Role

• Candidate can tell a story clearly through videomedium communications. The candidate can explore discover and ideate stories that the audience and target demographic can understand and comprehend. The candidate has the capability and passion for design and videocommunicationrelated solutions.
• The candidate can display a level of proactiveness for the completion of projects looking for ways to improve and add value to clients videorelated communications as well as being accountable for any deliverables administrative aspects (schedule calls with stakeholders update them with project status meet with voice actors online and research stock footage/music).
• The candidate is highly collaborative and sociable and can partner with key stakeholders to understand different brands markets industries and global trends creating custom content across various platforms.
• The candidate is detailoriented and meticulous with their creative outputs keeping clients up to date listening to and acting on feedback driving the production of clientfacing video collateral and owning the rationale behind video and motion graphic development and direction.
• Candidates must display a mindset as if the business is their own (with mentorship from their line manager). The candidate has growth and excellence in mind and is keen on learning about our industry and its possibilities.

Qualifications

• Must include a portfolio. Would be great if the candidates portfolio included depictions of their production stages rather than just the outputs and end results. Take us into your storytelling process.
• Must be a graduate of multimedia animation or any course related to creative design motion graphics music/audio production or communication arts.
• Has 4 years of animation experience in both 2D and 3D mediums (preferably more affiliated with 2D) explainer videos concept art storyboarding audio editing and design storytelling.
• Technically proficient in Adobe software such as After Effects Premiere Pro Audition Illustrator Photoshop and Microsoft Office tools for administrative tasks.
• Knowledgeable in project management practices Agile or Kanban and familiar with project management tools and processes such as Adobe Workfront and JIRA (comes with training).
• Extremely detailoriented wellorganized able to shift focus on different projects and thrive in a deadlinedriven environment.
• Can work with both Mac and Windows operating systems.
• Is enthusiastic has strong communication skills is empathic and is highly collaborative.
• Can work within a North American shift (9 p.m. 6 a.m. PHT).
• Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (2x WFH/week) in Taguig.
