Alchemy Markets is looking for a German speaking Account Manager to join our international team of talented individuals.

Tasks

As an Account Manager you will be a part of the team focusing on managing client relationships ensuring client satisfaction and driving account growth.

In more detail the Account Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients in the GCC Region.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients promoting the products of the company.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  4. Adhere all Companys policies and procedures and client communication guidelines.
  5. Meet monthly individual and team goals.
  6. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Forex industry.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance and/or any other related field.
  2. Proven experience as an Account Manager within the FinTech industry.
  3. Excellent knowledge of the English and German language.
  4. Any other language will be considered as an advantage.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Knowledge of CRM software and account management tools will be considered as an advantage.
