Job Description
- This position is responsible in ensuring the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the Owner's asset.
- Structural aspects of the hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities fall within the span of responsibility of the Director Of Engineering.
- Monitor budget and control expenses within all areas of the department
- Responsible for determining the security requirements necessary to ensure that hotel property, employees, guests and patrons are protected against theft, crime, and other hazards, and/or manage the relationship with a third party security firm contracted for such purposes
