SUMMARY

The Product Implementation Manager in Thailand is responsible for managing the implementation and training of our clients software products for various customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS ecommerce product implementation management and skills related to strategic analysis and communication. This role reports directly to the Platform Delivery Head and involves working closely with sales account management and technical teams to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction.

Experience: Minimum of 35 years in software system implementations for clients/customers

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Implementation and Training

  • Train and implement our clients software products (OMS/WMS) for various customers.
  • Gain an indepth understanding of features process flows and processes of the software products.
  • Assist the sales and account management team with software walkthroughs for prospects or signed customers.
  • Facilitate preimplementation calls with customers to ensure proper agenda and preparation.
  • Perform implementation readiness checks and be available for every planned implementation.
  • Work on software configuration and data import as part of the implementation process.
  • Handhold customers until they are comfortable with the software and its processes.
  • Coordinate and resolve any technical or integrationspecific issues during implementation.

Customer Support During Implementation and Nursery Phases

  • Prepare and share preimplementation action items and ETAs with all stakeholders.
  • Prepare and share postimplementation reports with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take implementation phase signoff from customers keeping account managers in the loop.
  • Analyze and respond to issues or queries raised by customers during the nursery phase.
  • Arrange weekly calls with customer users during the nursery phase.
  • Conduct retraining or additional walkthrough sessions as needed.
  • Ensure all relevant team members are comfortable with the software during the nursery phase.
  • Work on any data cleanup required postimplementation to ensure a smooth transition to golive.
  • Prepare and share postnursery phase reports with all stakeholders.

Communication and Professionalism

  • Perform all training and implementations with utmost discipline professionalism and userfriendly manner.
  • Understand customer needs and technical as well as operational situations.
  • Maintain clear communication and record of all execution phases sharing updates at every interval with relevant stakeholders.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Thai.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle and behavior.
  • Ability to work with teams in different geographies.
  • Good to have experience in the eCommerce and Logistics domain.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Reporting Line: Platform Delivery Head

Team Management: Individual contributor

Compensation: Competitive base salary

Working Location: Ratchathewi Bangkok

Working Time: Standard working hours
