Job Description
Should be able to read and analyzesyslogs and other TC related log files. SQLunderstanding for read/write Queries and Splunk. Teamcenter modules like Workflow Reviewer, Structure Manager, Manufacturing Process Planner etc. forreviewing user issues. Use of Siemens Journal Workbench (for Jnl, Har files) to track performanceissues. Basic know how of Polarion andService Now. RCA Documentation and work with Development teams to providesolutions. Knowledge of Linux. Ability to read/write server-sidecustomization.
