Job Description
- Manage the issuance of licenses and permits for a variety of activities, including business operations, construction projects, events, and other regulated endeavors.
- Ensure that licensing processes adhere to applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations, and that all applicants meet eligibility criteria and requirements.
- Develop, review, and update licensing policies, procedures, and forms to streamline processes, improve transparency, and enhance customer service.
- Collaborate with internal departments, external agencies, and community organizations to facilitate the licensing process, address concerns, and promote compliance with licensing requirements.
