Job Description
- Investment Strategy: Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company's overall goals and risk appetite, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and portfolio diversification.
- Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities across various asset classes, including real estate, and alternative investments.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective investments, analyzing financial statements, market trends, competitive landscapes, and other relevant factors to assess potential risks and opportunities.
- Financial Modeling: Create detailed financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decision-making, including revenue projections, cash flow forecasts, and return on investment calculations.
