Industrial Engineer

Title: Industrial Engineer
Location: Murrysville PA (Onsite)

Description: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to enhance production efficiency reduce waste and boost quality and throughput. This role involves analyzing production data developing manufacturing methods and optimizing workflow. The successful candidate will collaborate with managers production staff and other engineers to streamline operations conduct cost analysis and ensure quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Improve production processes and increase throughput
• Analyze production data and optimize workflow
• Collaborate on process improvements and streamline operations
• Conduct cost analysis procurement and quality control
• Lead value stream mapping exercises
• Develop and implement project plans for future state optimization
• Conduct process mapping to identify waste and opportunities for improvement
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like SMED POKEAYOKE KAN BAN KAIZEN and PULL SYSTEM

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication skills (read write speak)
• Proficient in MS Visio Excel PowerPoint Word Microsoft Teams
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies
• Experience in value stream mapping and process mapping
• Ability to lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives
