Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and resultsoriented Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial manufacturing and a passion for optimizing processes and improving efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify improvement and costreduction areas.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity quality and safety.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production workflows.
- Design and implement layout changes to optimize space utilization and material flow.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes and technologies.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in quality assurance and process improvement.
