Industrial Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and resultsoriented Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial manufacturing and a passion for optimizing processes and improving efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify improvement and costreduction areas.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity quality and safety.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production workflows.
• Design and implement layout changes to optimize space utilization and material flow.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes and technologies.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in quality assurance and process improvement.
