Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot repair and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Program PLCs custom controllers and electronic circuits.
- Read and follow blueprints diagrams lubrication charts and wiring schematics.
- Examine equipment components for indications of excessive wear and defects.
- Repair replace adjust and align machinery and equipment components using basic power hand tools specialized tools welding torches lifts and hoists.
- Clean and lubricate machines.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company procedures rules and regulations.
Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Education Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical industrial maintenance.
- An Associate degree from an accredited trade/technical school or program is also considered.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong working knowledge of 480v circuitry can interpret schematics and use electronic testing equipment.
- Knowledge and troubleshooting of 3phase motors motor control circuits VFDs and servos.
- Experience with hydraulic pneumatic and plumbing is a plus.
- Deadline and detailoriented.
